2025- 2026 TUITION RATES

Registration fee of $125 and Supply fee of $75.00 is due upon enrollment and are non-refundable.
Both Registration fee and Supply fee are annual charges.

  • Due to the structure of our program and capacity regulations, there are no credits or allowances for sick days or missed days.
  • Tuition must be paid weekly and is due every Friday for the following week. If tuition is not paid by close of business Monday of that week, a $50 late payment fee will be applied to your account. Additionally, all accounts must have a zero balance by noon on Friday of that week in order to return the following week.
  • Families with multiple children enrolled will receive a 10% sibling discount of the oldest child’s weekly tuition.
  • Late pick-ups: An additional fee of $10.00 for the first minute and $2.00 per additional minute will be added for late pick-ups and is automatically charged to your Brightwheel account. All late pick up fees must be paid in full by noon on Friday of that week to return the following week. Late pick up fees apply at 12:30pm for VPK Only children and at 6:00 pm for all others.
  • Tuition is paid on the Brightwheel app. 
  • If at any time your child withdraws from Hope Creative School and then returns at a later date, a registration fee will be due at the time of re- registration.
  • Two week written notice is required should you decide to withdraw your child from the program at any time.

 

All Full-Time tuition covers Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 6:00pm

Now offering Kindergarten!! 

  • Registration fee of $250 and Technology fee of $150.00 is due upon enrollment and annually (during re-enrollment period) thereafter and are non-refundable.
  • Any tuition costs that are not covered by a scholarship program (We participate with the Step Up for Students), must be paid according to the tuition contract that you sign.
  • All tuition contracts must be signed and submitted by August 1st.
  • Payment is to be made through your Brightwheel account – absolutely no checks, money orders, or cash will be accepted.
  • Please note – any prepaid tuition/registration/supply fees are non-refundable
  • Tuition (covers Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 2:30pm): $9,250 annually (August through May)
  • Before and After care (7:00am-8:30am and 2:30 pm – 6:00pm) $2,750 annually (August through May)
  • Kindergarten Only late pickup (after 2:45) $10.00 first minute, $2.00 each additional minutes.
  • Late payment fees (According to signed financial contract) $50.00
